The City of Trotwood is embarking on a process to modernize its planning and zoning code. The  code comprises the city's land use regulations, which have not been comprehensively updated in over two decades. The planning and zoning code addresses how buildings and properties should be designed and used, while also helping to implement the recommendations of the recently adopted comprehensive plan.
